Frequently Asked Questions about Appliance Repairs

All our repairs are carried out in the customers location/home.

The repair carried out and the parts that have been fitted will be covered for 90 days (The whole appliance wont be covered)

We usually call out within a day or two from booking the call, we repair around 80% on the first visit.

If we cant repair the appliance on the first visit and have to order parts. This will usually take an extra 2-3 working days (as long as the part is in stock with our suppliers)
